"Safety Quality License for Boiler and Pressure Vessel"
After careful preparation in cooperation with TÜV Rheinland, the "Safety Quality License for Boiler and Pressure Vessel" level A1 and A2 approval for China was received 29th September 2009.

New Pressure Vessel Factory
The Pressure Vessel factory was opened on 27th September 2008 and contains a paint finishing system and four new welding robots in accordance to the latest production technology. Thereover some new welding workstations were arranged.

ASME Boiler & Pressure Vessel Code 2004
THE ASME specification is leading worldwide in regard to Pressurized equipment. The manufacutred products in accordance to ASME-code are accepted in approx 90 countries including the USA and Canada.
We are U-stamp holder since March 2005 for Pressure Vessel applications.
Design calculations, manufacturing and inspections are in accordance to ASME Code Section VIII Division 1.
Limits for applications:
- Internal and external pressure is between 15 psi (1 bar) and 3.000 psi (206,8 bar)
- Internal diameter or internal width is 6" (152 mm) min. indepentent of the length.
All products can be recorded by National Board (NB) in Ohio.
In March 2006 the manufacturing of sub-assemblies for a project in Oman was completed.

PED Module H1 Certificate
As the first Manufacturer of Pressure Vessels in the Hannover area the Module H1 qualification (for manufacturing of pressure vessels in indivdual responsibility) was assigned by TÜV Nord to Emmerthaler Apparatebau GmbH.

97/23/EG Druckgeräterichtlinie Module H1
With the Druckgeräterichtlinie 97/23/EG coming into effect on 29. November 1999, new basic conditions were given. The Emmerthaler Apparatebau GmbH as an export oriented company has taken the posibilty of a free european freight transfer as benefit for our clients.
The Druckgeräterichtline covers the calculation, manufactoring, evaluation of conformity of Pressureized equipment and it's sub-assembly with a maximim pressure 0,5 bar.
