      ●   1957 First Contact to Aerzener Maschinenfabrik GmbH

      ●   1962 A Limited Partnership was founded

      ●   1967 Construction of a new building with (4.000 qm)

      ●   1971 Construction of a new administration building

      ●   1981 Aerzener Apparatebau GmbH was founded

      ●   1991 The legal name was changed to Emmerthaler Apparatebau GmbH

      ●   2001 Emmerthaler Apparatebau GmbH became a fully-owned subsidiary

History

In 1951 the foundation stone of the company was applied.

Over 50 years of experience and modern technologies makes us your professional partner. The product range was extended by pressure vessels, silencers and pipings for aggregats and systems.

Various types of alloys and corrosion resistant steel can be welded. The required surface treatment can be performed by glass bead blasting or sand blasting and additional color coating or varnishing can also be performed by our company.

The development of all products is always in accordance to the latest technical level. The planning/design works are done on modern drawing workstations and in manufacturing with CNC-technology.

Summed up this is a guarantee the complete production process is always on the same high level, which helps finding the best solution and high precision in all parts.

In the year 2008 investments of 8,5 Mio. €uro for the built of the new vessel fabric, containing 4 new welding robots, and a paint finishing system were done.

Today 145 employees are generating a yearly output of more than 17 Mio. €uro. Our products are meanwhile worldwide in process by our clients. For your conveniance the company is qualified for all usual types of weldings, approved as per national and international standards and a quality - and environmental managmentsystem is installed.
